1. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind every tub of Morning Would. Because supplements like creatine require consistent daily use to deliver results, our guarantee is built around giving the product a real shot—not a single scoop.
How it works:

Fair Trial Period: You must use the product for a minimum of 15 days from the delivery date before submitting a refund request. Requests submitted before the 15-day mark will not be accepted. This ensures you’ve given Morning Would enough time to do its job.

Filing Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted no later than 30 days from the delivery date. Requests received after this window are not eligible.

Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What This Guarantee Covers: This guarantee applies to product performance only. If you used Morning Would as directed for at least 15 days and did not experience the intended benefits, you may be eligible for a refund. Flavor preference, taste, or mixability are not covered.
2. Eligibility & Limits
To keep pricing fair and prevent misuse, the following limits apply:

First-Time Purchases Only: The money-back guarantee applies only to your first purchase of Morning Would. Repeat orders, reorders, and subscription renewals are final sale and not eligible for a refund.

One Refund Per Customer: Limit of one (1) refund per customer or household within a 12-month period.

Multi-Unit Orders: If you purchase more than one tub in your first order, the guarantee covers a maximum of one (1) unit. All additional units in the same order are final sale and not eligible for refund or store credit.
3. What Is Not Eligible for a Refund
The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Flavor or taste preference.

Buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item, or “changed my mind” requests.

Issues caused by use not in accordance with the product directions.

Repeat orders or subscription renewals.

Merchandise (apparel, accessories, etc.) unless the item arrives defective.

Items purchased with a discount code, marked as final sale, or discontinued products.

Wholesale orders or orders intended for resale.
4. Physical Returns
We do not accept physical returns of opened or unopened supplement products. For safety and quality control reasons, returned consumable items cannot be restocked or resold. Do not ship product back to us unless specifically requested by our team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
5. Side Effects
If you experience unintended side effects, stop using the product immediately and contact a healthcare professional if needed. Then reach out to us through our Contact page so we can help and document the issue. Side effect claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We’ll replace it or refund it.
7. Subscriptions

Renewal charges are not refundable once the order has been processed and enters fulfillment, except where required by law.
