2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Your submissions and contributions
If you submit ideas, feedback, or other materials to us (“Submissions”), you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
If the Services allow you to post content (including reviews) (“Contributions”), you are responsible for what you post and you must not post unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, or otherwise harmful content.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
(1) you have legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms;
(2) you are at least 18 years old;
(3) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means (bots/scripts);
(4) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and
(5) your use will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any use of the Services.
4. PRODUCTS
We attempt to display product information as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, colors, features, specifications, ingredients, or other details are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change.
5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept payment methods made available through Shopify/our payment processors (for example: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other methods shown at checkout).
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your information so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
Sales tax may be added where required. All payments are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even if payment has been requested or received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in our sole discretion, including limits per person, per household, or per order, and orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
6. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Billing and Renewal
If you purchase a subscription, your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge until you cancel. The billing cycle is monthly unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or subscription management portal. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

Missed Cancellation / Renewal Charges
You are responsible for canceling before your next renewal/charge date shown in your subscription portal/account. Renewal charges are not refundable once processed and the order enters fulfillment, except where required by law. If you contact us quickly and the order has not shipped, we may be able to stop it.
Fee Changes
We may change subscription pricing from time to time and will communicate price changes as required by applicable law.
7. REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Our refunds/returns and subscription cancellation rules are governed by our posted policies:

These policies are incorporated into these Legal Terms by reference. Any refund request must meet the eligibility requirements, timelines, and other conditions described in the Refund Policy. Subscription cancellations and renewal charge rules are governed by the Cancellation Policy.
If there is any conflict between these Legal Terms and the Refund Policy or Cancellation Policy regarding refunds/returns/cancellations, the Refund Policy and/or Cancellation Policy will control (as applicable), except where prohibited by law.
8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not use the Services for any purpose other than their intended purpose. Without limitation, you agree not to:
• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
• interfere with security-related features of the Services;
• use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person;
• upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• scrape, systematically retrieve, or copy content to create a database/directory without written permission;
• use our trademarks or content for commercial purposes without permission.
9. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
The Services may allow you to submit or post Contributions (including reviews). Contributions are not confidential and may be viewable by other users. You are solely responsible for your Contributions and agree they will not violate these Legal Terms or any law.
10. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
By posting Contributions, you grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, reproduce, disclose, publish, broadcast, retitle, archive, store, cache, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, transmit, excerpt, and distribute your Contributions for any purpose, including commercial and advertising purposes, and to prepare derivative works and sublicense the foregoing.
You retain ownership of your Contributions, but you waive all moral rights to the extent permitted by law.
11. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
If you post a review, you agree that:
• you have firsthand experience with the product;
• your review is not unlawful, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, false, or misleading;
• you will not organize campaigns encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative.
We may accept, reject, or remove reviews at our discretion. Reviews are not endorsed by us and do not necessarily reflect our views.
12. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor the Services for violations, take appropriate legal action, restrict access, remove content, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and ensure proper operation.
